Privacy Notice

Lifinity Market is operated by Lifinity Technologies LLC. This notice explains the information used during the current quote-request beta and how it is handled.

Information we may collect

• Account information: email address, authentication identifiers and account-security metadata used to create and protect your account.
• Request information: product reference, quantity, destination, request type, your message and related request status.
• Transaction information: if quoting or fulfillment is later activated for your request, customer-safe quote and fulfillment records may be associated with your account. Live payment collection is not enabled in the current beta.
• Technical information: security, diagnostic and service logs needed to operate and protect the website and its connected services.
• Browser storage: the current account implementation stores an authentication session in browser local storage so you can remain signed in. When you review a request, its form details are saved in this tab so you can return after signing in. Request drafts expire after one hour and are cleared when the request is confirmed as submitted or you sign out. A restored draft requires you to review it and confirm the terms again before submitting.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate customers, receive and manage sourcing requests, confirm fitment and supply, prepare quotes, provide customer-visible status, prevent duplicate or unauthorized activity, protect the service and maintain operational evidence.

Service providers and international processing

We use infrastructure and service providers for functions such as hosting, database/authentication, email and operational tooling. Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions other than your own. We limit customer access to customer-safe fields and keep supplier costs, internal sourcing evidence, credentials and administrative data outside the customer account view.

Sharing and sale of personal information

We do not sell customer personal information as part of the current Lifinity Market beta. Information may be disclosed to service providers that support the service, to suppliers or logistics participants when reasonably necessary to fulfill an approved customer request, or where required by law. The current beta does not automatically send customer information to suppliers when you merely create a request summary.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including account administration, request history, fraud/security controls, legal obligations and dispute handling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; we use authentication, row-level security, restricted service boundaries and operational controls intended to reduce unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion or other treatment of personal information. We may need to verify your identity before acting on such a request.
