Terms of Use

Effective: October 4, 2026

These terms govern use of Lifinity Market, operated by Lifinity Technologies LLC, including catalog discovery, sourcing requests, time-limited commercial offers, controlled payment authorization and supervised fulfillment where those features are available.

1. Discovery and sourcing requests

The catalog helps users identify product references and request commercial confirmation. Catalog information is not a guarantee of stock, fitment, authenticity, delivery timing, warranty coverage or price unless those items are expressly confirmed in a transaction-specific commercial offer or later transaction record.

2. Requests are not orders

Submitting a request does not create an order, reserve inventory, authorize payment, authorize a supplier order or obligate either party to transact. For eligible products, Lifinity Market may revalidate current supply, destination delivery and economics and issue a time-limited commercial offer. A customer chooses whether to proceed with that offer.

3. Commercial offers

A commercial offer identifies the product reference, quantity, destination, price, currency and applicable transaction terms. Offers expire and may be replaced if source cost, inventory, delivery or other required evidence changes. An expired offer cannot be used to create a new transaction without fresh confirmation.

4. Payment authorization and capture

For an eligible issued offer, the customer may be able to authorize a card payment. Authorization may cause the card issuer to place a temporary hold, but authorization is not capture. Lifinity Market captures funds only after its server-side controls revalidate the exact product, destination, source availability, current acquisition and shipping cost, transaction eligibility and required margin. If the required revalidation does not pass, capture is blocked and the authorization may be canceled or released. Bank processing times for released authorizations vary.

5. Supervised fulfillment

Payment capture does not grant automatic supplier-order authority. Captured orders enter supervised fulfillment and procurement review. Supplier ordering remains separately governed until the applicable source and product lane has been explicitly approved for greater automation.

6. Product confirmation

Before a commercial offer or capture, we may need to confirm supplier identity, exact product reference, fitment or specifications, quantity, availability, price, landed cost, destination eligibility, delivery method, warranty/returns, taxes or import treatment, and any applicable brand or MAP restrictions.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, return and warranty terms are transaction-specific and are presented or incorporated into the applicable commercial offer. Certain explicitly approved low-risk offers may use a standardized Lifinity Market return and defect-remedy policy. See Shipping & Returns for the current framework.

8. Taxes, duties and import charges

Unless an offer expressly states otherwise, displayed or quoted amounts should not be assumed to include every tax, duty, customs charge or destination-specific fee. The transaction record controls where a charge has been expressly included.

9. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to access another user’s records. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or investigate misuse.

10. Dealer and reseller requests

Dealer, reseller and volume pricing are subject to separate verification of quantity, customer status, supplier terms and applicable brand restrictions. A dealer request does not create exclusivity, authorized-dealer status or resale rights.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, automated abuse, credential attacks, misleading identity claims, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass product, payment, procurement or account controls.

12. Third-party information

Product and supplier evidence may originate from manufacturers, distributors, marketplaces or other third parties. We may summarize or evaluate such evidence, but third-party information can change and remains subject to confirmation.

13. Service availability

Features and eligible products may change or pause while controls are validated. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every request will result in a commercial offer.

14. Liability and mandatory rights

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond transaction-specific commitments expressly accepted by Lifinity Market. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.

15. Changes

These terms may be updated as payment, fulfillment, product categories, suppliers or regions change. The effective date will be updated when material changes are published.

16. Contact

Questions about these terms can be submitted through the Contact page.

Current commercial boundary: eligible products may receive a time-limited commercial offer and may support controlled payment authorization and capture after fresh server-side revalidation. Supplier procurement remains supervised and is not automatically authorized by a customer payment.
