Shipping, Returns & Warranty

Current controlled-commerce status: eligible products can receive a time-limited commercial offer. Payment capture remains conditional on fresh source, destination and economics revalidation, and supplier procurement remains supervised.

Before a transaction

For each product and destination, Lifinity Market confirms or revalidates the shipping route, expected cost, destination eligibility, current source availability, and transaction terms before relying on that evidence for payment capture. A request by itself does not reserve inventory or a delivery slot.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate in an offer or order record is based on information available at that time and may depend on supplier handling, carrier service, customs clearance and destination conditions. Shipment and tracking information are updated as supervised fulfillment progresses.

Low-Risk Offer Policy V1

Some explicitly approved low-value products may be sold under the Lifinity Low-Risk Offer Policy V1. For those offers, an unused and uninstalled item in its original condition may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Lifinity Market covers reasonable return shipping for a confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect item; otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping. A refund is issued after the return or other required evidence is accepted.

For those same Low-Risk Offer V1 transactions, Lifinity Market provides a 30-day defect remedy from delivery for a confirmed defective or incorrect item: replacement or refund at Lifinity Market’s option. Any manufacturer or supplier warranty expressly confirmed in the transaction record is additional.

Other products and transaction-specific terms

Products outside the Low-Risk Offer V1 lane may have different return or warranty terms because supplier, manufacturer, installation, fitment, freight or category conditions vary. Those conditions must be stated in or incorporated into the transaction-specific offer before the sale proceeds.

Fitment-related returns

Where fitment or specifications matter, the product remains confirmation-gated until the required evidence is cleared. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle, model, year, measurements or other requested specifications. Automatic offer eligibility is not granted merely because a product exists in the catalog.

Damaged, missing or incorrect shipments

Report shipping damage, missing items or incorrect items promptly through the contact channel stated in the transaction or account so the shipment can be investigated against carrier and supplier evidence.

Mandatory consumer rights

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
